Pioneered and built the foundation of the Design and Research Operations functions. Operationalized practices and tools as team scaled from 5 to 30+ people over 1 year. Grew and managed a team responsible for producing Brand & Marketing initiatives and campaigns ranging from digital, video, events, and print. Managed team allocation and resourcing within Production, Design and Writing disciplines. Partnered closely cross-functionally to roll-out Design, Brand and Marketing initiatives. Developed processes and structure around systems, programs and projects within and around the design organization.
